These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Minnesota for any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Snapfront Technologies provides advanced data analytics, coherence metrics, entropy tracking, consulting, and related tools designed to support strategic decision-making. We are data analysts and technologists — we do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
All content, algorithms, coherence models, SnapCrypt logic, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Snapfront Technologies. All rights are reserved. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Snapfront content or technology. Our proprietary algorithms and logic are protected under pending patents and trade secrets laws.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse data, engage in scraping, unauthorized data resale, reverse engineering, or interfere with the integrity and security of the Services. Any attempt to violate or bypass system restrictions will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export and sanctions laws and regulations. You may not use or export the Services in violation of U.S. law, including to sanctioned or embargoed countries or individuals as specified by Minnesota and federal law.
